Accompanying and activating emerging leaders through praxis-based vocational discernment.

When room is made for courageous leadership to awaken, leaders abound. Meeting young leaders— in a social concern class on a college campus, neighborhood organizing around schools, our justice cohorts, and from friends of friends showing up around the edges of church— we saw a pattern emerge: young leaders were curious about their vocation and a possible calling to ministry and yet had no space or resources to discern a pathway forward.

Out of relationship, we create residency sites alongside partners for Fellows to practice their way to possibility.

Nuts & Bolts

1.) Fellows are identified through our on-the-ground work and relationships

2.) Fellows are connected to a residency site - their primary praxis space

3.) 15/hrs a week, 10hrs at residency site, 5hrs of reflection together and with a seasoned companion

4.) Fellows are paid through a web of networks

5.) New Fellows are onramped each fall and winter
